Sunshine Jiayuan Group has set two training schools in Qingdao and Dezhou with a team of professional lecturers and perfect system of course. Registered to found in 2005, Qingdao Sunshine Vocational Training School mainly undertakes the task of training management talents in eldercare industry. Training schools have invested a lot in introducing eldercare training courses from Japan, Germany and so on, and then by absorbing advanced ideas and nursing experience from foreign countries and combining them with local experience, a workable eldercare operation course system with the characteristics of Sunshine Jiayuan has eventually formed.

Linyi Sunshine Vocational Training Center was registered in 2014 and mainly engages in providing vocational trainings to senior service organizations and social eldercare nursing assistants in Shandong. Its main business falls on junior eldercare assistant, intermediate eldercare assistant and senior service, as a consequence, it can cultivate and deliver a lot of professional eldercare talents to eldercare organizations in Shandong.

Sunshine Jiayuan Group has undertaken and participated in industrial training as Training on Directors of National Senior service Organizations, Special Trainings on Senior service and Management Staff in Shandong for several times, meanwhile, it has been awarded by China Association of Social Welfare and Senior Service with the following titles: the standardized construction pilot unit of senior service organizations, the training base for senior service vocational skills.
